This one and one half story residence is square in plan and has a gable roof with paired gable dormer cut into the roof line. The roof is covered with composition shingles. The dormers and eaves have brackets. Shiplap siding sheaths the exterior. A concrete foundation supports the building. The windows are one over one double hung wood sash with decorative Diamond patterns. There is a rectangular bay window with a shed roof  on the south elevation. There is an attached carport and garage to the south. The building faces west on South Sixth Street.


The building was occupied by Dr. Bennett prior to the 1940's. Ann Popoff purchased the residence from Bennett and still occupies the building.
