This one and one half story residence is asymmetrical in plan and has an intersecting gable roof covered with composition shingles. The exterior is covered with narrow shiplap siding with corner pilasters. A brick pier foundation supports the building. The windows are shortened one over one double hung wood sash, and four over four double hung wood sash on east elevation. The hip roof porch has square posts with simple caps, and a solid rail. The porch has been partially enclosed. There is a shed roof addition. There is a shed with board and batten and narrow shiplap siding associated with the structure. The building faces west on the corner of South Fourth Street and "A" Street and is in fair condition.
