This one and one half story residence is L shaped in plan and has a gable roof with gabled dormers covered with wood shingles. Wide shiplap siding with cornerboards sheaths the exterior. The windows are one over one double hung sash with a projecting cornice, and have been altered. A porch, covered with a hip roof, extends across the front elevation. The gabled dormers were added c. 1920 and the porch enclosed. The building faces east on the corner of South Third Street and "A" Street and is in fair condition. The building was occupied by William Kazakoff in the 1950's. Kazakoff was a floor refinisher in town. The building is currently occupied by William's son Pete.
