This one story residence is rectangular in plan and has a gable roof with composition shingles. Shiplap siding sheaths the exterior. A concrete foundation supports the building. The windows are nine over one double hung wood sash. There is a pent roof entry. The building faces south on Monmouth Street with an alley located to the east and is in poor condition. The building replaced an earlier structure and was built by Edna and Wilber Youtzy in 1925.
