This one story residence is square in plan with additions. It has an intersecting hip and gable roof covered with composition shingles. The eaves are boxed and have a partial return. Board and batten siding sheath the exterior. A concrete block foundation supports the building. The windows are one over one double hung wood sash. There is a rectangular bay window with paired one over one double hung wood sash windows on the front elevation. There is a shed roof addition to the west. The building faces east on South Seventh Street and is in poor condition.
