This one and one half story residence is rectangular in plan with additions and has a gable roof with a projecting gable and gable dormer. The roof material is composition shingle. Shiplap siding sheaths the exterior. A concrete block foundation supports the building. The windows are paired one over one double hung wood sash with a projecting cornice. There is a hip roof entry porch with exposed rafters and brackets. Aluminum windows have been added. The building faces north on "A" Street and is in poor condition.
The building was occupied by Homer Ruch in the 1920's and 1930's.
