This one and one half story residence is rectangular in plan and has an intersecting gable roof covered with composition shingles. The rear extension has a gable roof. Weatherboard siding and cornerboards with caps sheath the exterior. A post and beam foundation supports the building. The windows are narrow one over one double hung wood sash with a projecting cornice. The doors are paneled and glazed. The porch posts have been temporarily removed on the front porch. The building faces south on "E" Street and is in fair condition.
