This one and one half story residence is rectangular in plan and has a steep gable roof with boxed eaves covered with composition shingles. Shiplap siding with cornerboards sheaths the exterior. A wooden watertable caps the concrete block foundation. The windows are one over one double hung wood sash with projecting cornice and fixed pane. There is a projecting gable entry porch with partial return. There is a shed roof addition to the rear. The residence has been altered several times. Aluminum storm windows have been added. There is an attached garage with paneled doors, and a carport on the west elevation. The building faces north on the corner of "C" Street and South Fourth Street and is in excellent condition.
