This is a rectangular house with center gable, has a shingle roof, corbel chimney and featuring round balls at the ends of gables and both entrance porches. It has narrow ship-lap siding with double hung 3 light over one sash windows and one stationary window on the west elevation. There is a continuous concrete foundation. A separate garage constructed in the same style. The front entranceto the house has a steeply pitched roof with the front door offset to the west side. The only alteration appears to be a stationary window replacing a south side entrance door. The house is in good condition.
Ross and Leona Oberson who were part owners of a local dairy lived here.
