This one story building is rectangular in plan and has a jerkinhead roof. The exterior is clad with shiplap siding. The foundation is concrete and capped by a watertable. The windows are one over one double hung sash windows. A small hood covers the porch stairs. The building faces south "D" Street. An alley is to the west. The building is in good condition.

A small one car garage covered with a gable roof is located to the north in the alley.
