This one story residence is rectangular in plan and has a hip roof with a front intersecting gable roof covered with composition shingles. The gable ends are covered with fishscale shingles and brackets embellish the eaves. Shiplap siding, finished with corner boards, sheath the exterior. Windows are one over one double hung wood sash and are covered with aluminum storms. The windows are capped with cornices. A watertable caps the concrete foundation. The recessed porch is supported by turned porch post. The building faces west on the corner of South Fourth and "E" Streets and is in good condition.
