This one and one half story residence is L shaped in plan and has an intersecting gable roof covered with composition shingles. Weatherboard siding covers the intersecting gable roof covered with composition shingles. Weatherboard siding covers the exterior. The windows are one over one double hung wood sash and fixed pane. A porch with a brick foundation covers the length of the front elevation. There is an additional to the north elevation. The building faces south on "C" Street and is in good condition.
The building was once occupied by Percy Dickenson, a rural mail carrier for the area.
