This one and one half story residence is rectangular in plan and has a gable roof with a gable dormer and composition shingles. Asphalt shingle over narrow shiplap siding sheaths the house. A concrete foundation supports the residence. The windows are one over one double hung wood sash and fixed sash with polygonal bay window on the south elevation. Battered porch posts support a recessed front porch which extends the length of the front elevation. The residence has a symmetrical face. The building faces east on Log Cabin Street and is in excellent condition.
The Werline family bult and occupied the building from 1917 until the 1960's. George Werline was a hop grower.
