The meeting will be held in-person at the Polk County Fire District #1 meeting room and through video or phone conference. Please see the agenda for remote login information. The meeting will also be livestreamed on our YouTube Channel (http://www.youtube.com/c/CityofIndependenceOR).
Public comments, either oral or written, will be received at the meeting. To provide public comments regarding agenda topics in advance of the meeting, please email them to the city at
CouncilComments@ci.independence.or.us, no later than 4:00 pm before the meeting date and time. We will also take email testimony throughout the meeting, which will become part of the meeting record.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
