The City of Independence hereby issues public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304 (6)
and (7), of its intent to change the methodology for calculating SDCs for parks. A
public hearing on the new methodology is scheduled before the Independence City
Council on June 9, 2026, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m.
