Independence Days wristbands are now on sale at six different locations, including the Independence Civic Center, the Independence Public Library, the Independence Heritage Museum, the Independence Hotel, Polk County Fire District No. 1, and the parking lot of Central Plaza every Saturday until the event. Each wristband is $5 for persons ages six and up.
All locations are CASH ONLY, except the Independence Civic Center and the Independence Hotel, which accept cash, debit, and credit card. All sales are final.
