From July 15 to 18, 2024, Independence Public Works will replace all the striping, crosswalks, turn arrows, and emblems at the boat ramp in Independence Sports Park. Intermittent parking spot closures will occur throughout the week, but a lane of stalls will remain available for boaters to park and access the river. The work is scheduled to be finished within the week.
