NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING FOR
THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF INDEPENDENCE, OREGON
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Independence Urban Renewal Agency, Polk County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held at the Event Center, City Hall, 555 South Main Street, Independence. The meeting will take place on May 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting, either in person or via Zoom, and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. To attend via Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86760626679.

To provide comments in advance of the meeting, please email them to the Urban Renewal Agency at CouncilComments@ci.independence.or.us no later than 4:00 pm, May 10, 2023.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 11, 2023 on the city’s website: www.ci.independence.or.us, or at city hall, 555 South Main Street, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
