TRAFFIC NOTICE: Temporary Lane Changes on South Main Street During Water Service Work
Crews will repair a water service line on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and will return on Friday, March 6, 2026 ( 9 AM – 3 PM) to pave and restore the roadway. There will be a few traffic and parking impacts:
-“No Parking” signs will be posted on Tuesday (March 3) and again on Friday (March 6) to allow crews to repair the service line and restore the roadway.
-Northbound traffic on Main Street will be shifted into the parking spaces on the east side of the street.
-Southbound traffic will be shifted into the northbound travel lane.
Cones and traffic control signage will be in place to direct vehicles safely through the work zone. Please use caution when traveling through the area and follow all posted signage. If you have any questions, please contact Public Works for more information.
