Answers to common ticketing questions.
River's Edge Ticket FAQs
Pre-sale tickets are $8 online and available for purchase beginning approximately one week before each event.
Tickets purchased at the gate on event day are $10.
Online pre-sale ticket sales close each Thursday at 12:00 PM (Noon) prior to the concert event.
After online sales close, tickets may still be purchased at the gate.
The Full Season Package includes admission to all six Rivers Edge Summer Series concerts at a discounted rate.
It is the best value for guests planning to attend multiple events throughout the summer.
After completing your purchase, tickets are automatically emailed to the address provided during checkout. Because of our system, it may take up to 72 hrs. to receive your ticket QR codes.
Each ticket includes a unique QR code used for event entry.
Yes. Individual tickets may be forwarded or shared separately with friends or family members.
Each ticket contains its own unique QR code and can only be scanned once.
No. Tickets may be scanned directly from your phone or mobile device.
Printed tickets are also accepted.
No. Once a ticket QR code has been scanned and checked in, it becomes invalid for additional entry.
Event gates open at 5:00 PM.
Opening performances begin at 6:00 PM and headlining performances begin at approximately 8:00 PM.
Re-entry details are currently being finalized.
Guests may be required to receive a hand stamp or other verification before exiting the venue in order to re-enter.
Please check event signage or ask event staff during the event.
Please contact event staff prior to the event and we can assist with resending tickets to the original purchaser email address.
Online ticket purchases are securely processed through Xpress Bill Pay.
All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled by organizers.
Rivers Edge Summer Series events are rain or shine unless severe weather or unsafe conditions require cancellation or postponement.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
Yes. Rivers Edge Summer Series is a family-friendly community event.
Children ages 10 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.

While onsite food and beverage offerings may vary by event, guests are encouraged to visit and support Independence’s amazing downtown restaurants, cafés, breweries, and local businesses before and after the concert.
Downtown Independence is located just steps away from the Riverview Park Amphitheater and offers a variety of dining and shopping options for all ages.
Outside food policies may vary by event. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the many local dining options available throughout downtown Independence before attending the concert.
Make a night of it! Gates open at 5:00 PM, giving guests plenty of time to explore downtown Independence, grab dinner, shop local, and enjoy the park before opening performances begin at 6:00 PM.
Yes. The Riverview Park Amphitheater is located just a short walk from historic downtown Independence, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shops, and businesses before or after the event.
Guests should have their mobile tickets and QR codes ready before arriving at the gate. We recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket before the event in case of poor signal or low battery. Event staff may also assist with ticket lookup if needed.
