Construction Work Hours:
Residential Zoned Property: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pmย ย No work on Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday
Commercial/Industrial Zoned Property: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pmย No work on Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday
NOTE: Permission to work outside of hours listed above must be requested in writing at least 96 hours in
advance and approved by the Public Works Director.
No noise originating from construction vehicles, personal vehicles, construction activities, demolition,
and/or grading outside of hours listed above, and any time on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday without the
written consent of the Building Official or Public Works Director will be subject to citation.

All land use application fees include a required fee paid to the city.
The property owner must sign and submit an Agreement for Payment of Land Use Application Fees(PDF) with this application along with the base fee as part of the application.
A new application fee of $100 is required for this permit.
