City of Independence forms are now available to complete online for your convenience.
Online forms can be filled out and submitted directly through our website or connected online portals, helping to reduce processing time and paperwork.

Some forms may still be available as downloadable documents that can be completed and returned as instructed on the form. As we continue transitioning more services to fully digital formats, additional forms will be added to our online system.

If you are unable to complete a form online or require a paper copy, please contact us by email and we will be happy to provide one.

Payments can be made at this time by calling 503-838-1212 or stopping by City Hall during open office hours of Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (closed holidays). IPD open hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed from 11:30 – 12:30 for lunch and holidays) You can also mail a check written to ‘City of Independence’ to 555 S. Main St. P.O. Box 7, Independence OR. 97351 (we will not process your application until check is received).
