Last night, community members came together for a hands-on conversation about the city budget. Residents had the opportunity to weigh in on the services that matter most to them and explore different ways to address the city’s financial challenges. Using game chips, participants voted on priorities and potential revenue sources, sparking thoughtful discussions.
One resident shared, “I learned so much about how the budget works and the tough choices the city has to make. It really opened my eyes.”
It was a night full of education, conversation, and community interaction. The city council will hold a work session on March 25, 2025, at 6:30 PM to review the results of these discussions and surveys as they continue shaping the future of our city.
